Augmented Reality Kiosk for Medtronic.

Metronic - one of the worlds largest medical device companies - came to Winvolve to develop an Augmented Reality Kiosk that would drive traffic to the booth and engage with the brand in a new and innovative way. Using the specially designed marker and / or the brochure it superimposed the LIFEPAK 15 onto the screen as part of an amazing 3D experience. The experience attracted many new prospects and current customers as well.

The AR kiosk created lots of interest and people were able to view the LIFEPAK in 3D and discover all the details by moving it around, holding the marker closer to the camera. It was surely the 'World's First Weightless" Medical Device.

Another way of using Augmented Reality could be for Educational Purposes. In this case above through image recognition and / or marker based solutions a bone structure can be super-imposed on top your own arm.

You can interact with the exopereince and with your mouse can click on different bones in the screen and learn about them. It is another amazing way how to put Augmented Reality to use.
